Where are we
Do we sell to the general public?
We only supply to the trade so unfortunately you cannot buy from us direct. However, you can visit our ‘Where to buy’ area and find a network of stockists near you who will be delighted to supply you with jones products.
How do I find a retailer in my area?
Our ‘where to buy’ is so easy to use, simply enter a postcode to find a map of stockiest in the area. You can also change your search radius at the top and even specify what type of service you are looking for e.g. Retailer, Designer or Showroom.
How do I log onto Webtex?
Visit our ‘Trade Area’ which can be found at the bottom of each page. Click ‘Trade Log-in’ then enter your account number and password. If you have not set up a password yet, simply pop a quick email containing your account number to the sales team email@example.com, who will issue you with a password and then you are ready to go.
I've forgotten my username and/or password to log into Webtex?
Enter your account number as your username and click on forgotten password. The system will then automatically send you a new password to the email address we have linked to your account.
How do I apply for an account?
Visit our trade area, which can be found at the bottom of each page and click on “trade application” then input your company details. We will email you back with your account details when your account has been verified.
How do I order a made to measure track/pole on Webtex?
Visit our ‘Trade Area’ which can be found at the bottom of each page and click on the relevant made to measure form. Completing the form and hitting submit will send your made to measure order straight to the sales team in our office. They will process the order for you, then invoice it to your account.
How do I change my account details?
Any changes to your account details can be emailed to – firstname.lastname@example.org.

We choose our wood carefully and use various types, please see the list below for the woods in different collections

How do I arrange a representative visit?
When your account is first set up your welcome email will contain your reps telephone number giving you the option to contact them direct. Alternatively, you can contact our office based sales team who can arrange for your representative to contact you in order make an appointment – firstname.lastname@example.org or 0115 9738 708.
Are the poles in 1 piece?
All the mix & match ranges listed below come as single length poles in 1 piece.
Handcrafted - Wood mix & match
Lunar - Metal mix & match
Strand – Metal mix & match
Design Studio – Metal mix & match
All other poles are supplied in halves when the length is 240cm or above. These pole sets will come with with a joiner and centre bracket to make your finished pole.
