Placing orders is easy for Jones Account Holders with 24/7 access to our live systems; simply log into Webtex using your account number and password. Alternatively, you can email & fax orders or give us a call if you’d rather speak to someone in person.

Bespoke orders – Use our quick and easy online order forms for made to measure tracks, poles, blinds and painted poles all to guarantee we have all the info we need to complete your order asap.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been placed. This will then follow with either a request for proforma payment or invoice.

Quotes

We offer a quoting service on all our bespoke services, as we understand these can be tricky to calculate sometimes.

• Select the relevant Order Forms and tick ‘quote’ at the top of the form; remember to include your account number and a customer reference so you can easily retrieve it later.
• A quote will be then emailed over to you.
• We hold the quotes on our systems for 1 month, so it can be quickly be converted into an order as soon as you give us the go ahead.
