Amending & Cancelling Orders

Every order at Jones is treated as a priority, offering you our best possible service. If you wish to add to an item to your order it’s usually possible if the additions are with us by 4pm.

Items That Can’t be Amended

Please note; our bespoke services such as ‘made to measure’ and ‘In your colour’ are special services that need a little more time and care to create. Because of this they cannot be added to orders.

Cancelling orders

If you are looking to cancel any order, please contact our sales office immediately on 01159738708 to check the status of your order. Unfortunately, once an order reaches a certain stage in the dispatch process, we will be unable to cancel it.
